RP 2 Lore: there was an outbreak of a infection of unknown origin in The small city of Morioh, the entire region has been quarantined with no way in or out of the city, when you are infected by the virus the changes may be very slow depending on the extent of infection, the virus is transmitted by being cut, scratched, or bitten by the turned creatures. The virus eventually mutated so it will no longer alter ones memory. But the lost ones still remain, be vigilant for the sake of your own humanity.
