📚 For the students out there! So now you should be convinced to get more sleep, but most students will say that they can't because they have to study. Well, I'll tell you something, people who sleep for 8 hours but study for 3 hours will get better results than people who sleep for 4 hours but study for 9 hours. Focus on getting more sleep and only doing deep work study sessions instead! ( More on deep work in a future article! )
💡 Tips to sleep better! Here are some tips you can use to sleep more and to sleep better!
・Read or wind down before you sleep! ➔Decrease your bpm before you go to sleep, this will help you a lot when going to sleep. You can try reading, meditation, or anything that makes you relax!
・Put your alarm clock far away, so you have to stand up to get it.
・Have a book or kindle next to your bed, this will give you no reason not to read before going to bed
・No caffeine after 2 pm ➔ Caffeine lasts for 5 - 7 hours. So it will still be keeping you up when you are trying to get to sleep
・Keep your room at 19 degrees
・Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day!
