It's been 18 years, and the world has changed a lot since the end of the Paranormal Liberation War. The former League of Villains has been disbanded, and most of its members are either dead or imprisoned. However, a new threat has emerged: the Neo Liberation Army (neo means new but sounds more original than it XD), a radical group that seeks to overthrow the hero society and create a new world order based on quirk supremacy. Led by the mysterious and powerful Overlord, the Neo Liberation Army has amassed a large army of followers, both quirk users and quirkless, who are willing to do anything for their cause. Entering our first arc, the prologue— ALL CANONS NEEDED! It all began in Keikei City, in China… with the news that a bio-luminescent baby was born. This, was the first quirk. In today’s world, just stepping outside even for a second— it all looks like a page right out of a comic book! As time went on, heroes and villains quickly dominated the world. Good and evil using the gift of Quirks however they saw fit— some to protect and preserve, others to burn and destroy. SETTING LORE UAU is a prestigious hero training academy that was once shut down due to an unfortunate series of events resulting in a large portion of the campus being destroyed. It’s now 10 years later, and after having been rebuilt the school has reopened under a new system and reconstructed into a university.
