Faux allyships between Ghoul and Mankind have crumbled like castles under poor leadership and glorified silver linings. From the ashes rose tired, angry, and vengeful ghouls that were given fragile promises and hope at living a normal life. The United Front and newly-instated CCG, lead by Matsuri Washuu, are now at war. The CCG believes that it is their rightful title as Japan's proper justice division and that all ghouls must be executed as a means to prevent a third-wave’s occurrence as well as another Dragon Incident. The wards have been distorted in chaos underneath the surface, as constant warring over Tokyo's wards appears to be never-ending. The strange world just got stranger. The dead are mysteriously rising, old organizations are returning with new faces and new leadership, and the ghoul and human worlds as we know it are headed for change.

In the English city of Raipond, ghouls have been a constant nuisance and source of tension. AGIS, an organisation of humans which hunt ghouls, have continued to be the vanguard for humanity. In Raipond, their presence is keenly felt due to the higher rates of ghoul violence. Even after 'The War of Raipond' between AGIS and Ghouls ended there has still been tensions within the community. A recent rising ghoul faction called the Shi no han'i has recently claimed the 7th Ward and has began to attempt to take over the Sharrusuk 12th Ward. While this happens though the CCG has began to recruit more as the rising ghoul power grows. As of now the 20th Is neutral and possibly the safest ward in which a new surge has arrived there.

This server is based in an alternate universe of the Tokyo Ghoul timeline meaning there are no characters from the series and none of the events from the series have happened. While none of the events that took place within the series will occur here, we will most likely have similar events that give the same effects. Characters here are completely custom but the timeline and backstory behind the lore is pretty much the same with a few minor twists.
