The 8 bit apes are uniquely hand drawn characters, released in batches. No two are exactly alike and each one of them can be bought and sold on the Ethereum blockchain. They can be purchased from the Opensea marketplace or traded here. Via this market you can buy or bid on apes for sale keeping an eye out for the rarest ones.
The 8-bit-apes follow the original Cryptopunks and are 24x24 pixel art images. 10,000 uniquely collectible limited edition characters that include a proof of ownership stored on the Ethereum blockchain. Most are chill normal apes, but mixed among the ranks are Space apes, Green apes, Clown apes, WallStreetBets apes and even the odd Cyborg. Every ape has their own unique combination of features, however some are much rarer than others like the zero trait apes.

We come from the days of pixel pushing and 8-bit consoles. We were inspired to create the 8-bit apes by the smooth brain humans over at R/Wallstreetbets as an unofficial mascot. They are the latest wave in the modern CryptoArt movement, Non-Fungible Tokens on the Ethereum network and part of the ERC standard that powers most digital art and collectibles.
