Remember, guys, this is a quirkless AU there are no quirks. There never has been. It's a zombie universe with 4 types of zombies: a zombie that mimics people, a zombie that's really fast and smart, a really dumb zombie, and a regular more typical zombie. If there were quirks it would've been way too easy for someone like Todoroki to wipe out all of the infected people right away.
