The Dalek Time Strategist who seemed to have simply vanished from time appeared quickly recognizing the importance the time strategist with stolen time lord technology locked the planet in a pocket dimension yet the Doctor tried preventing this by doing so he ended up dislocating the planet in time leaving the Daleks and many other species behind the fight amongst each other.
