This story takes place in a rural area, years after the aftermath of an exploding power plant. Radiation has taken over the cats– and all the animals– genes, and they have divided into four sects. Sect of Night– sleek, agile, and loyal cats– Sect of Day– broad, strong, and noble cats– Sect of Dawn– tall, carefree swimmers– and Sect of Dusk– Stout, curious, and great jumpers. These cats coexist in their radiated world, seemingly peaceful. This is all until a band of rascals rose up from the unclaimed lands. They claim to be a sect, just like the others, even to go as far as to say they have connections with the souls of the promised land. They call themselves Sect of Stars. What will the sects do about it? Are these rascals harmless? How far will they go to prove themselves?
