I worked my way through the store, picking up things that my body told me I needed: yogurt, honey, a box of Earl Grey tea bags (I had a mug now!), Ricola cough drops of all flavors. Orangina in liter bottles. By far the weirdest thing was that the toilet paper aisle contained pink toilet paper on every shelf on both sides of the aisle. I hadn't seen pink toilet paper since the 70s. There were only one or two packages per facing (it wasn't stocked to the back of the shelves); it looked like some sort of Soviet nightmare.
