Strong as a Bear (SAB) was born from this struggle, aiming to give young men a structured community for personal development, resilience, and overcoming real-life obstacles—not just following trends. SAB offers frameworks, resources, and a dedicated support system to tackle challenges like addiction, low confidence, and self-doubt.
