A: Yes, you can. On Android, you can use VPN and select any of the soft-launch countries that mentioned above or just simply downloading an XAPK from sites and installing them with ZArchiver. On iOS, you need to change your country/region via account settings, or create a new account on mentioned countries.
Q: Will I get banned if i log from other countries that is not in soft-launch?
A: Most likely, no. They never banned any account that is not in that countries but this doesn't means they can, but still no one got banned.
