The community proposal (ID 25) suggesting to reduce the network's coin emission rate and remove the staking reward allocation to the network treasury is now scheduled for a vote from block 2,010,550 to 2,020,630, which is expected to occur somewhere around the end of September.

Because it involves a modification to the blockchain's consensus, it will require a quorum of 20% of all the blocks during the voting period and an approval of 75% or more, and will last approximately two weeks (10,080 blocks) instead of just one for proposals that do not suggest changes to the consensus.
