Hai frens! Merry Christmas from ChillZone! I hope you all enjoyed your holidays, as I certainly did. ChillZone has been spending time celebrating the holidays and spreading seasonal cheer. And also (forgot to mention), I’m Rei, aka your Santa Claus for this week’s post. Anyway, from all that chit-chat, we should get on with our weekly updates.

Okie, as you may or may not know, I recently hosted a really fun event! Since obviously, for the fact that I am Santa, I had a fun time picking who and who not to put on the naughty list! In all seriousness, I wrapped up my Christmas Photos event, where you could post a picture of how your Christmas went. And I must say, you guys sure looked like you had a wonderful Christmas!

Besides that, we also had a singing and a rap competition ;) I sadly didn’t get to watch it myself since it was a VC event, but when I saw yall’s clips of singing and rapping, just know I was wow-ed! And the prizes? Ohoho, it was 20 dollars, Nitro, and an avatar decoration! If you missed it, don’t worry, because we have plenty of events just like this one, so keep an eye out in the future.

And our 700k member special giveaway is ending soon as I’m writing this! It definitely won’t be long until we see who wins the 1-year Nitro grand prize (and I definitely hope it will be me!). But of course, as long as you meet the requirements, you’ll have a chance to win. And if you don’t, no worries, because we’ll have many more chances once we hit future member milestones, so join now!

Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing so well during the most cozy time of the year. I want to share some of the new things going on in ChillZone, and if you still haven't joined us yet, you're really missing out! Without further ado, let's get started.

I'm so happy to announce that ChillZone has officially hit 700k members! With this huge milestone, ChillZone is celebrating by giving away one full year of nitro to one lucky winner! Of course, there are requirements you have to meet in order to participate, but they are easy to meet. ChillZone always has exciting giveaways like this one so make sure to join us for a chance to win! Don't miss out on these huge opportunities.

That being said, ChillZone is always having other fun events for our awesome members. One of our lovely Event Hosts, Rei, is currently hosting a jolly event called ChillZone's Special Season: Christmas Photos to get everyone into the holiday spirit! Members have the opportunity to submit any Christmas photos they have in order to share how their holidays are going so far. As always, submissions are limitless as long as they follow the event guidelines. Make sure to stick around with us to participate in future events, as well. Also, if you're interested in helping assist an event, or even hosting one yourself, feel free to check out our #events channel to send your application in!

Now, I would like to congratulate our newly promoted Moderators, Siren and Vetlam! They both have worked extremely hard to keep the server in check and get to where they are now. We are always looking for new Channel Mods and Voice Mods to add to our teams so don't forget that you can send your application in through the #apply-for-staff channel!

Hey ChillZoner’s, it’s me your Post Manager, Katie! I haven't done a post for a while, so this is going to be the perfect opportunity for me to let myself go and talk about the big and great things that have happened and are happening in ChillZone, so buckle in for the ride!

First things first, we now welcome 697k members in ChillZone! Like, what the hell? We are so close to 700k which is crazy to think about! That’s not all though, to celebrate nearly hitting 700k a Channel Mod is funding a giveaway for the community. For the next 10 days until the 19th of December at 11pm, for every 1k members ChillZone gains, 1 Nitro will be given away until we reach the big 700k members! We have had 4 lucky winners already for hitting 695k, 696k and 697k! There is also a chance to have a speed bonus in our giveaway event, and this means if ChillZone hit 700k before the giveaway event has ended, for every remaining day there will be 1 Nitro given away. To be eligible for the chance of winning Nitro in this event you have to be wearing our server tag and react to upcoming giveaway messages posted in #giveaways – that's not all though, you also have to have at least 200 messages in the server or have spent 2 hours total in voice chat! So, what are you waiting for? go ahead and start getting into our voice channels or typing in general chats if you don’t meet the requirements for the chance of winning Nitro!

Now that we have covered the accomplishment and the current giveaway that is happening in ChillZone, we are now going to be talking about the events! In the past post done there was mention of our ChillZone hobby event hosted by our Event Host Lola which required our members to submit a hobby of their own whether it was photography, fishing, the great outdoors or video gaming. Entries were unlimited as long they followed the server rules. It was wonderful to see all the unique and awesome hobbies everyone had. There were a total of 100 submissions, and our winners were Bxxpe in 1st place winning 200k points, Lola and Zammy in 2nd place winning 150k points and finally, Beachbleachy in 3rd place winning 100k! Now that we have spoken about the Hobby event, it is now time to speak about our current event hosted by our Event Host Arya, ChillZone Best Quotes! The event started on the 14th December and finishes on the 19th December. In this event it’s time for our members to capture the humour of our friends and other members in ChillZone by sending in screenshots of quotes they have of them. The quotes submitted can be random, weird or hilarious! This event has a limit of 7 entries and you can even send in video quotes if they are clips from ChillZone! This event also includes event prizes and 1st place wins a whooping 175k! So, if you haven’t already – get submitting your quotes! To finish off our discussion about events I’d like to share a congratulations to Sopipia, Lima, Syn for being promoted to Event Assistant, and if you didn’t realise, Katie (myself) has also been promoted to an Event Assistant and I’m looking forward to being a part of the team and seeing some wonderful submissions!
