The year is 1982 and the story is set in a small place called the Tevyat State, where strange things happen and lots of places can be explored to find the truth behind them. The setting of the story is heavily inspired in Sumeru’s lore, but extended in a way it would affect everyone, involving people from Inazuma, Liyue, etc, and with slight adjustments so it adds some spice. The main problem or what the people are supposed to be afraid of is the strange phenomena that comes up in the news, the psychological effects of it, and the people that are constantly going crazy and start attacking each other.
