If you're like me (hi!) then you've spent some time wandering around the cozy, adorably peaceful, world of Palia. Which means you've probably found yourself chatting up some of the locals and maybeee you’ve found yourself thinking something like: … “wait…am I low-key catching feels for an NPC?” Okay, okay, if that sounds like you then you are not alone! In our Discord server, we discuss the important questions like this :p

But for now, Hodari and Reth are the battling champs in our server! Let’s take a look at both of them:
Hodari: Rugged Dad Energy
There’s something about that scruffy vibe that just hits right. Hodari is dependable, strong, and knows how to take care of things. And those arms from all that mining? Helllooooo. Don’t get me started on the fact that he cares deeply about his daughter. Team Hodari swears he is the ultimate protector with a sweet heart. No disagreements here! (He is my personal favorite, just saying)
Reth: The Goofy Chef With a Good Heart
Okay and then there’s Reth. And honestly? He’s basically the golden retriever boyfriend of Palia. He’s funny, he has a playful charm, and do I really even need to mention that the man can cook?! Team Reth says all you need is someone who can make you laugh AND make a mean stew. And honestly, I can’t disagree with that logic either.
The Server Verdict?
Spoiler alert, there isn’t one answer here. Everyone is going to fall for a different type of charm. And there’s lots of charm here in the Palia world. Whether you’re team Hodari, team Reth, or team someone else - you’ll be completely welcomed to tell us all about it. Even if that means telling us we are crazy heads for having crushes on the characters!
