**Welcome to Hollow City...** - Nine months ago, the terrorism was followed by a strange burst of energy that covered the city. It was felt by each and every being just beyond Hollow City limits. After the surge of energy, the city's power grid had gone out for a total of 5 minutes. Most attributed it to some form of tectonic plate shifting although there was no evidence of an earthquake. A couple days later... it was clear that not everyone was the same. Vigilantes now rise up against the increasing crime rates. The police force actively works against both of them. Citizens run divided on every situation provided to them and grow terrified of who they might get caught between. And... the villains are joining in on the increasing chaos...
