We are receiving a lot of messages from you due to the current delay in the merge process. Therefore we decided to publish frequently asked questions to clarify the most important parts of the current status of the project.

Please read the below written FAQ carefully. Please be advised that all further questions from users that were mentioned in the FAQ will be ignored by the support team.

FAQ about the current situation and further steps:

Q: How long legalization process will take place?

A: Unfortunately this depends on SEC. Due to their bureaucracy, this part can't be estimated by us. But we hope this will be over soon as we already provided all requested documents and access for auditing.

Q: Why you just don't process pre-withdrawal requests and then start the legalization process?

A: Pre-withdrawal requests, ecosystem merge, and further full launch are bound and can't be separated. Moreover, during the legalization process, all users' funds including the project's insurance funds are being checked by AML procedure therefore no funds can be in and out until we get a greenlight from the SEC.

Q: What will be the next steps after getting a greenlight from the SEC?

A: Right after getting the greenlight the ecosystem merge will be completed and all pre-withdrawal requests will be processed. DEXOASIS will be launched within a week after the completion of the merge.

Q: Why you didn't tell us about the legalization process previously during the ICO stage?

A: As many of you know well the successful completion of the ICO stage was under doubt and in such case, the further legalization process would be useless.

Q: Why did you decide to start the legalization process if this is an anonymous project?

A: Time has changed. Without getting official legalization the project won't last long and will be shut down within a short period of time. We are sure that many of you noticed that a lot of anonymous crypto projects (coins, exchanges, etc.) were suspended during this year. (e.g.: Monero (XMR) was delisted from many top exchanges).

Q: When our pre-withdrawal requests will be processed?

A: All pre-withdrawal requests will be processed right after getting the greenlight from the SEC.

Q: Can I buy Trading Cards now? Or can I buy just IPRO?

A: Unfortunately, Trading Cards won't be available anymore. This part was mentioned several times in the News during the ICO stage. IPRO assets will be available for purchase after the launch of the DEXOASIS with further listing of IPRO. The price per 1 IPRO will depend on the market.

Q: Can I use the HFT bot after the completion of the ecosystem merge?

A: The HFT bot won't be available for new users. Only Option X, AEON, and Nebula cards' owners will get access after the completion of the merge process.

Briefly: We are waiting for a greenlight from the auditing company and the SEC. Unfortunately, there are no more details. But we are sure that soon we get some information and of course share it immediately with all of you.

Dear community,

Let us share a brief update on the status of the legalization of the project and further steps. The legalization part is taking a bit more time than we expected but despite that fact, we are doing our best and working on weekends as well. The project faced AML problems with insurance funds and users' deposited funds therefore we need to prepare another bunch of documents to resolve this case. In addition to it now SEC representatives added another pack of documents to declare instead of the previous list of the documents. Unfortunately, this bureaucracy causes some delays.

Anyway, we believe in our community as we remember many supportive messages from you with kind words. Especially we would like to note how many of you are waiting revolutionary ecosystem that will be game-changing in the crypto world.

In conclusion, we would like to remind you how legalization is important for the project's future.
