We exist to:

• Build camaraderie across generations of service

• Offer support for mental health, transition, and life challenges unique to military members

• Provide guidance and mentorship for those preparing to serve

• Create a safe space for conversations, gaming, advice, humor, and connection

• Strengthen the sense of belonging that can be lost or hard to find outside the uniform

What the Outreach Team does:

• Promotes the server across various platforms

• Engages with new members and external communities

• Helps build partnerships and collaborations

• Represents the community in a positive and professional way

Requirements:

• Active and approachable attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to contribute to community growth

• Previous experience is a plus, but not required
