Capitol TV: The Hunger Games
In penance for their uprising, each District shall offer up a male and a female every three months between the ages of 12 and 18 at a public "Reaping." These tributes shall be delivered to the custody of the Capitol and then transferred to a public arena where they will fight to the death until a lone Victor remains. Henceforth and forevermore, this seasonal pageant shall be known as "The Hunger Games."

The Ninth Hunger Games have ended, with Head Gamemaker Katherine Randall meeting overwhelmingly positive feedback for the games; lasting less than three days, the games were a fast paced and exciting display unlike any of those before it. District Five claimed their second female victor, Yua Ito, who survived despite several nearly fatal puncture wounds covering her body...has the Capitol recovered from the rebellion and strife of the past?
