Jay (that's me) invites you to join her in her daily routine - the first event always starts at 8:30 and the last one for the day ends at 15:00 (timezone: CEST). Obviously, it’s not mandatory to stick to those exact hours - it's totally reasonable if you've got a job or education. Each activity stays open for a full week, so you can do it whenever fits your life - morning, evening, weekends, whenever your brain says “okay, let’s try this.”
