I’m looking for friendly people - who feel stuck, tired or overwhelmed - that would like to join my community on Discord for small, creative "mental health challenges" that make daily life feel a little less heavy. Art prompts, reflective worksheets, ... gentle movement, or just doing _something_ instead of spiraling into the void... I'm also posting daily polls, memes, cat pics, writing prompts... and more can be added upon request!

We keep things safe by setting clear rules and by encouraging respectful, supportive interactions. Harmful behaviour like: harassment, discrimination, or manipulative tactics won’t be tolerated. This is a space where people can be honest without being judged or attacked. If something makes you uncomfortable, you can always reach out to me (Jay) privately. I'm not perfect, but I'll do my best to make this a space where people feel seen, not scrutinized.

Jay's Mental Health Schedule

Jay (that's me) invites you to join her in her daily routine - the first event always starts at 8:30 and the last one for the day ends at 15:00 (timezone: CEST). Obviously, it’s not mandatory to stick to those exact hours - it's totally reasonable if you've got a job or education. Each activity stays open for a full week, so you can do it whenever fits your life - morning, evening, weekends, whenever your brain says “okay, let’s try this.”
