Effective during this month and moving forward, we will be creating more resources and help for members who are struggling beyond grinding through their next PR at the gym. The holidays and the season itself are a time where people come to terms with reflecting on the past, seasonal mental struggles, or people grapple with feeling disconnected from the feeling of "holiday cheer" among other things.
Slowly but surely we will establish more check-ins with members to ensure everyone is on the path of being better for their own sake and also making sure that although fitness is an amazing outlet for life's frustrations, it is not the end all be all of fixing problems we all go through in our everyday lives. This is about building healthy coping strategies and finding ways to get through life's trials and tribulations without the compulsive need to train or micromanage their bodies.
