Efrën ist eine Welt voller Magie und magischen Geschöpfen; Elfen, Kobolde, Feen, Nymphen, Einhörner, Drachen und mehr. Allerdings wird Efrën auch von grausamen Bestien heimgesucht. Niemand weiß, woher sie kommen, oder wann und wo die nächsten auftauchen werden. Währenddessen nimmt das Leben der Bewohner von Efrën ihren Lauf. Die Welt ist in fünf Reiche unterteilt. Der Süden, der Westen, der Osten und das Zentrum, der mit dem Nordgebirge (dem fünften Reich) verschmilzt und Wohnsitz des Königs ist.
