The world of hemlock is a post-apocalyptic world where the world is left in pieces after nukes are set off by accident.
The world is now a civilization that is broken into clans, these clans control their own territories an have there own rules and ways of life.
After the nukes went off people gained "Inheritance" which is powers that are passed down through family bloodlines/clans, not everyone is born with powers but most are.
You can pick between being a Human, A cyborg, or even a robot. Once you have picked what you want to be you choose your clan and start from there.
