❓ So what is Civalia, anyways? ❓

Civalia the game is a play-to-earn, text-based strategy RPG that is playable in all modern web browsers. Complete Quests, Raids, daily and weekly Bounties, and PvP to earn experience, Gold, and Gear. Leveling up your Knight increases your stats and Skills permanently, even through buying and selling on Immutable X. Completing these in-game activities also has a chance to drop Treasure Chest NFTs that when opened drop powerful NFT Gear, all of which can be bought and sold on Immutable X.

Civalia is influenced by games like D&D, Mafia Wars, and Dwarf Fortress, as well as stories like Lord of the Rings and Attack on Titan.

? What is the story of Civalia? ?

Civalia takes place in a high-fantasy, post-apocalyptic world where the beasts of the land tower over trees, forcing the people of the Kingdom Civalia to toil away, trapped within its mighty walls. The once soft and fair King Leon Civalia XII - now a fierce and unforgiving tyrant - has conscripted every able-bodied person in his Kingdom to arms, hellbent on reclaiming the Land of Tarníer no matter the cost. The gameplay will be influenced by the story which evolves as the community plays the game. We've intentionally created the story to be very open-ended so that players influence its direction through their in-game activity and community voting. The story will unfold in two main areas: exploring beyond the wall of the Kingdom, and Civalian politics.

The Land of Tarníer, where the Kindom is located, is an expansive land. The Quests and Raids players embark on will influence which areas are discovered next, shaping future questlines and unlocking more Gear to acquire. Players that regularly complete difficult Raids and lead important weekly Bounties will have their uniquely named Knight written into the storyline, choosing how the politics of the Kingdom unfold.

? Game Modes ?

⛰️ Quests Choose a quest, equip your Gear, and embark. Every quest has a different time length, difficulty, and reward structure. Some quests may take 24 hours to complete and require specific Gear, however, if you make it back alive you will earn greater rewards. Others may only take an hour to complete and not have a chance to drop Gear at all, but will reward you with a hefty sum of Gold. Choose your Quests wisely as you can only embark on so many at once; you may fail a long, difficult quest, or you may choose to take on the risk to earn the riches at the end.

? Raids Join a party of ten Knights to take down a beast that no man could conquer alone. Every Raid will have a specific strategy; one Raid might require the most defensive Gear possible, while another might require very fast attack speed. If the party completes the Raid, everyone will be rewarded, however, the player that does best within the Raid's strategy will be greatly rewarded with a high chance to receive a Treasure Chest NFT.

? Bounties Daily and weekly Bounties will track your progress in a given time frame and reward you based on your activity. One weekly Bounty may reward the top five Knights that complete the most Quests with a Treasure Chest NFT. Others might require you to win 10 Arena matches in a week.

⚔️ PvP Equip your best Gear and enter the Arena. You will be matched against someone with a similar power level and fight to the death. Or join a tournament and test your steel against the best. The King loves seeing his best Knights emerge victoriously, and they will be handsomely rewarded.

Roadmap 1️⃣ Welcome to the Kingdom - 10/30/21

Website and Discord server launch. Members that register on 10/30 and 10/31 will be given the @Day One Citizen role, showing their early supporter status. Day One Citizens will have special access to giveaways that other roles do not.

Create an account, connect your Knight(s) and begin the fight to reclaim the Land of Tarníer. The fate of the Kingdom is in your hands; work together with the community to quest, raid, explore, compete, and earn powerful NFT Gear. Civalia will be able to be played on all modern web browsers.

As the community works together to push beyond the walls of the Kingdom, new locations of Tarníer will become accessible with new game modes to explore, quests to embark on, and NFT gear to acquire.
