Going back decades many criminal organizations have been permitted to run rampant with the use of powerful Visions, elemental magic that within the last few generations has appeared. However, after decades of unchecked mafia families and a city always in a constant state of concern and fear, the ‘law’ has finally stepped in, as well as those who’d been personally victimized by the mafia, vigilantes began to rise.
