Communication. It was supposed to be something that brought us together. A tool to teach others how to care about us, to be taught how to take care of another, and a way to view the world in someone else's eyes and entertain ideas you'd never have considered otherwise. Now its a concept that alienates you. In a world where the most popular way to cope with our seemingly meaningless lives, is to make one big joke out of it. If you speak your mind, you're crazy, or weird. If you don't laugh at a tasteless joke you're too serious, or edgy. If you communicate that you want to be treated better, or that you want more, you're not worth the effort. I want to create a place for those who want more depth in their lives to congregate.
