‘The Star Burners’ is a brand new, futuristic war themed roleplay with a heavy emphasis on character development and character dynamics, with heavy influence from media such as Warhammer 40K, Star Wars, Mech fiction and various other media.
In this roleplay, humanity has become a shell of its former self and become the Democratic Planetary Republic of Terra. They have invaded Oreah on a “holy mission” as they claim they are “destined” to rule Oreah. This war is the Human-Yalphaian war.
Many Humans use mechs known as Jackals. The Yalphaians have reverse engineered these mechs to make their own, naming them Tilongai. In the roleplay, the mechs are highly customisable, with an emphasis on upgrading. You can have a pilot start with a weak mech and by the climax be incredibly powerful.
The world of Oreah and the Human-Yalphaian war will be influenced by every choice made.
