# 💧 Water, the game launcher that does the work for you
Pick a game and press **Install**. Water downloads it, installs it without a single installer window, sets it up, and **Play** starts it. PC games and console games alike.
## 36,000+ games
15,000+ for PC and 20,000+ across 14 consoles, from the PlayStation to the Switch. New ones are listed every few days.
**What Water does for you**
- Runs the installer out of sight, so there's nothing to click through
- Sets the right language, installs the runtimes the game needs and adds a desktop shortcut
- Downloads and sets up the emulator for every console game
- DualShock 4, DualSense and Xbox controllers work out of the box, and a second pad is player two
- A profile for each person on the PC, with their own play time, achievements and saves
**Your first install is free**, and it's yours to keep: any one game, PC or console.
-# Water is a launcher and BitTorrent client for Windows 10 and 11. It hosts and sells no games: every game
