This is not likely to be fast.
In fact its quantitively being slow,
we will go through 3 stages, the friend stage, this is where everyone starts, this stage is where you will get your basics, check if my personality suits you, and your's suits mine,
there is 2 sections sfw, and nsfw, when you join you will not see either as you will need to age verify, there is a sfw intro and an nsfw intro, these are used for separating if you dont feel comfortable doing both at once,
if you pass the friend stage you move to the LDR stage, this is where you will see the actual documents for what the polycule will stand for, this stage is more of a 'i am going to see if my kids like you' stage than an actual long stage, video calls, will become commonplace and i would expect the same reactions you would from an in person partner.
Once past the LDR stage you may actually join the polycule, this will be an in person arrangement, and would have say in new members added
