The Emerald Library is a fanfiction and original writing community with hundreds of authors from dozens of fandoms with an emphasis on community choice and smaller mini-communities. The discord is for readers, writers, beta readers and editors, and anyone with the common interest of writing or reading. As an author you can: - Have your own channel where you make the rules, for you and your readers - Find editors, beta readers, and artists willing to help you with your work - Create polls to ask opinions on the direction of a story - Give and get advice from dozens of authors on how to improve your writing - Show off your work to over a thousand people when you update your works - Submit works to our writing competitions where authors compete for in-server and nitro prizes - Join informal "sprint" competitions with other authors - Register as an author and get a bi-weekly update of your total followers on all your stories
