There's super natural creatures lurking in the shadows too, werewolves, vampires, a wendigo hero, and perhaps even ghosts lurking in the abandoned tunnels underground. An evil senator stands against everyone, trying to lock up anyone even remotely special and rule the city with an iron fist, under his own idea of martial law.
