• Simulate gagging a user and watching them try to speak (aka type). • This feature when used on somebody, the bot will delete their original message and post a gagged version with the author name&avatar. • The author name & avatar can be customized.

!This is fictional, wont actually shock anyone. It's not a real collar, its fictional! This function will check if user sends a bad word(s)/sentence or does not send an enforced word/sentence. If they do something bad, they will get 'shocked', in the text channel it will be posted the reason they got 'shocked'.
