Well with the new no amongus! bot you can!
This bot deletes messages that contain among us related words. This bot also uses AI learning to delete any image that contains among us characters or scenery. The image detection is much faster than some of the other among us detecting bots (at most half a second vs some bots which can take 5-10 seconds).
Note: The image recognition is in its early steps. It works for most pictures but it needs a little more training. I am working on this.
