The Norwegian Armed Forces
The Norwegian Armed Forces is a small Roblox community with a tight knit community where we talk. And fight other groups on Roblox!

Although we don't have a large rally and our activity isn't superb, we are a close and tight-knit community where we want to hear the voice of each member

We follow several tenets as our guiding principles:
- Members first: Enjoyment and wellbeing of enlisted and NCOs takes priority over realism, bureaucracy, and leadership convenience.
- Earned activity, not forced activity: Members should want to be here. Low quotas, no pressure. But voluntary commitments should be honoured.
- Trust downward: Leadership assumes good faith from those below and doesn't interfere unless clearly necessary.
- Freedom to leave: No member is penalised for departing a unit, division, or position.
- Adapt fast: Structure serves the group, not the other way around. Change it when it stops working.
