A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY...
Pio and EndGame, two cubers who met back in 2014?, met in game again after a long time. They knew each other because, back in the day, they were part of a fun-one-tournament team called "Swimming Birds". That team was formed by FD* players such us Teapot, Arma, EndGame, and Pio (who was not in FD* but used to play with them and was loved as one of them).
They had a great relationship but AC inactivity undermined their regular encounters in the game. EndGame stopped playing in 2016 with some occasional games in 2017 or 2018.
The pandemic increased the activity levels in AC bringing new faces but also old players back. This was how EndGame met with Pio and asked him to form a new clan, a clan with similar characteristics to FD*, friendly but very competitive. He even suggested the name The Outshiners. Pio accepted the challenge because he already had the idea of creating a clan, and what better than forming a clan with a familiar face.
