Thousands of eyes, both human and animal were directed towards the orange-tinted sky, powerless to stop the celestial visitor and unable to look away from it at the same time. With a thunderous roar the object collided with the ocean. The earth convulsed, much like a wounded animal, and split in two, forming a gaping wound — a bottomless Breach that stretched across the length of town swallowing entire streets as it grew. The trucks arrived in the morning. The humans left without a trace like rats fleeing from a sinking ship, and you… well, you are one of those unfortunate souls who was doomed by the virtue of not being able to speak. With this much uncertainty, only one thing is clear — humans are unkind cowardly gods, and nobody is coming back to save you.
