THIS SERVER IS INTENDED FOR ADULTS (18+) ONLY. This is a support community for anyone living with chronic illnesses, disabilities (visible or invisible), and any other condition which affects your health/ ability to function.

The overall vibe of this community is upbeat and chill, but we're not afraid to admit when shit sucks, and profanity is encouraged as it is cathartic and scientifically proven to make you feel better! At the same time, we prefer to keep our chins up and not give in to despair even though things get really, really hard sometimes when your body won't cooperate and insurance is being the devil again.

We have a spoonie specific category of chats for venting, getting support, and focusing on spoonie related topics, and also a gratitude and wins channel!

We also have casual chat channels for sharing multiple interests, such as gaming, pets, food, science, and more!

We have weekly group calls to check in and set goals every Sunday at 7pm EST! Join us!
