The creator of the server, II, sought to create a server to provide an experience that he wish he had when he first began to study these various phenomena but had very little luck finding worthwhile and thorough content and especially all in one place with no shilling, grift, narrative, gatekeeping, or anything else.
The server is various people's perspectives from various walks of life and varying paths on various parts of their respective journeying on their path.
People tend to stay in the server, even when there's months that it's dead.
That's the quality of the server.
