Welcome to the Philosapphic discord community! This community was founded (3/6/22) to be a place for intellectual lesbians and other LGBTQ+ women to share their thoughts on religion, philosophy, etc, in the context of sexuality and gender identity. This community is about exploring and understanding the human experience from different perspectives and angles in a nuanced way. We challenge ourselves to ask questions such as "who am I? what am I? what does it mean to be male & female? is there a God?".

Like to argue? Feel strongly about something? Want to watch others argue instead? This is the third incarnation of a long-running series of servers that are focused on religious, political, philosophical, and sociological debate. We are a community who has a firm belief: If you have an opinion that you can respectfully share with others, and that others can respectfully entertain and discuss, it is fair game to debate and dissect.

Our goal is to discuss how Christianity actually enhances science and reality over every other worldview. Everyone who has questions and can be professional is welcome as long as they continue to pursue truth.

Specifically, this server is dedicated to the activist group "Soldiers of Her Majesty An-Nur," a shi`i muslim activist group with the stated goal of making the world a better place in line with the teachings of shi`a islam. We have lots of educational channels, as well as fun channels, and cool people to chat with. We do not allow any abuse of anyone, especially not religious, gender, or sexual minorities, people of all races, ethnicities, religions, and gender/sexual orientations are welcome!
