This is Chika Server, a Japanese Minecraft community built around a simple idea:
What if an entire society lived underground?
Lights are hung in the darkness.
Trees are planted beneath the earth.
Farms begin to grow where sunlight never reaches.
A tunnel dug by one player becomes a path to another player's home.
Caves gain names, and unique towns begin to take shape.
Railways expand, transfer stations emerge, and distant communities become connected.
