Dracomouth Biomancy Institute is a world recognised university for the study of elemental biomancy, students from all over come to this seaside town in order to study the in’s and outs of their respective element, there are multiple classes/forms you can practise and these different forms have different accommodations and interests and clubs.

The institute has a dark history, there is an unofficial course for those after the sinister known as bloodmancy, the ability to control people's wills and to punish those who don't do their bidding, inside of bloodmancy are the rumours of “harvesters” known to dissect people and their magic in order
