You can now play audio with mp3 using discord links, rather than having to upload the file every-time. Right-click on an already uploaded file, select copy message link and you can add it onto the command via: @mp3-BOT play https://cdn.discordapp.com/blablabla
Fixed the queue system, it would get clogged up with already-played audio.
Fixed the voting system, it's now working as intended and takes exactly 50% of the current VC members to vote for a skip
