The Blind Eternities: Reborn is a cleaner take on the now defunct Blind Eternities server.
The Blind Eternities: Reborn, which will be shortened to TBER, is a small server at the time of writing this; it has a focus on Magic the Gathering, with the game primarily being played through Tabletop Simulator, although, other services can be used.
TBER runs on a tiering system, especially for tournaments, to keep play balanced. Each tier disallowing cards with certain costs, on top of their own banlists. TBER oftentimes uses complex bans, as some cards are balanced in the library, but extremely overpowered as your commander/oathbreaker, etc.
