**A Discord ticket bot whose assistant answers from what your server already knows, and calls a supporter when it should.**
Members open a ticket from a panel. The assistant answers first, from your own knowledge, and hands the ticket to your team with a short summary as soon as a supporter is needed. Everything is set up in a web dashboard. No config commands to learn.
## The assistant
- Answers from your sources: knowledge base entries, Discord channels you choose, web pages and public GitHub repositories.
- Asks before it guesses: a clarifying question when a request is unclear, and a check that the problem is really solved before it closes anything.
- Hands over cleanly: when it cannot help or the member asks for a person, it pings your team with a brief of what was asked and what was tried. When someone from the team writes, it steps back.
- Learns only with your permission: after a solved ticket it can suggest
