Background: I'm the founder of Triba and White Rabbit - I use Discord every day for both business and fun. For those who donāt know, itās the best web 2.0-3.0 bridge platform that combines traditional forums with permanent voice and video channels, threads, chats, and live engagement activities. Iāve spent the last 5 years, since the platform launched, building communities and nurturing groups from 0 to thousands of members.
Why Discord?
Discord offers a framework for a physical digital place to interact and work together, faster than ever before! There are thousands of bots and automation tools to personalize and optimize your space for your needs. Discord is literally super-powering innovation and collaboration among the 150 million active users.
We Are Running Live Events and Streams Straight From Discord!
Think Zoom video calls, but you can move around.
You can chat in private DMs, drop links in appropriate channels, and (most importantly) all your messages and links donāt disappear when the Zoom ends!!! There are unique āroomsā that always exist ā you can switch over, āclickā-walk in, turn on your camera, and suddenly exist in a virtual world with everyone else. You can run a networking event, bring the team together, or film your next podcast episode with a feature. Trouble-Shooting Discord Issues:
