Fixed a Problem with the capital of players that occurent falsely. Implemented the final Rental-System (Trucks now get sent back if the player doesn't have enough capital)
We now support German as well as English interface! Also we fixed some bugs, for new registered users. To help with bugs we added a Bug Report command And your language can be set or changed in /truckerpanel
