Added ability to snooze reminders

Allowed users to make multiple tickets with the ticket module
- You can customize the limit on the dashboard with maximum of 5 and minimum of 1
If the prefix command is used without arguments, it will display the current prefix for the server
Fixed urban command embed description
Server logs module will now log role permission updates with a better format/better readability

XP/Levels

Added level-up replies config
- You can now set whether level-up messages are replied to the user or sent to the channel specified in the config
Removed the xp mention command reminder/tip if they're already off

Added a "Not seeing your sever?" cache warning in dashboard server selector
Fixed session maybe invalidating due to not having a discord global name
Fixed issue where session would invalidate discord access token too early
Fixed changelog input sanitization -# The bot, website, and API have received miscellaneous fixes, tweaks, and/or small additions not worth mentioning
