Welcome to Stella Sonoris, a mobile app dedicated to the enthralling world of lucid dreaming. Designed for dream explorers, this experimental app not only offers a simple and personalized approach to induce lucid dreams at night, but also provides tools to live your days more consciously. It features several unique capabilities, including the ability to send sound signals during REM sleep phases (when we dream most intensely) and the option to talk to oneself in dreams through pre-recorded voice messages. One of the most significant studies on this topic was published in Current Biology in 2021. It demonstrated that communication from the physical world to the dream world through auditory means is indeed possible. This groundbreaking research provides substantial evidence for the feasibility of auditory communication with individuals in a dream state, marking a notable advancement in the understanding of lucid dreaming and dream interaction.
