Hello everyone! I'm excited to announce that we're integrating an AI feature into the app to analyze REM sleep phases. The AI will thus learn to recognize patterns of heart rate during sleep, allowing us to precisely detect our sleep phases where we are actively dreaming. From there, audio signals are triggered (voice + personal signal) and you will become aware in your dream that you are dreaming. I must say, if this works, it's going to be awesome!

Hello dreamers!

When I started developing Stella Sonoris, my goal was to create an app to enhance lucid dreaming. However, as development progressed, I realized that the app had a much broader potential. It showed an ability to improve concentration and daily productivity. Eventually, Stella Sonoris gradually became a versatile application, not only aiding in dream exploration but also in enhancing daily mental well-being. The next major step will be to integrate smartwatches, to be as close as possible to the REM zone when we sleep. Release date: The alpha release date should be before February/Mars 🙂
